Guitar Vault, operated by Cling Creative, Inc., offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases made through the Service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the prompts, or contact our support team at support@guitarvault.co and we will help you through Paddle.
Subscriptions
For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; refunds for the current billing period are handled in line with the 30-day guarantee above and Paddle's Refund Policy.
