Guitar Vault, operated by Cling Creative, Inc., offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days, provided the items have not been consumed, used, or redeemed as described below.

What is NOT refundable (consumed digital goods)

The following are non-refundable once accessed, used, opened, or redeemed:

  • G-Picks that have been spent, used to open drops, or consumed in any in-app activity.
  • Opened pulls / drops — once a fantasy drop, mystery pack, or loot box has been opened and its contents revealed, it is considered consumed.
  • Redeemed codes — any redemption code, unlock code, or bonus code that has been entered and claimed on an account.
  • Item shop purchases — digital items, cosmetics, upgrades, or shop packages that have been delivered to your inventory or applied to your account.
  • Transferred or traded items — any collectible, guitar, or digital good that has been transferred, traded, or listed on the marketplace.
  • Subscription periods already used — prorated refunds may be considered for unused time in exceptional cases, but no refund is given for subscription periods already consumed.

In short: if you have already used, spent, opened, redeemed, or transferred the digital good you purchased, we cannot reverse that consumption and therefore cannot issue a refund for it.

What IS refundable

Refunds within the 14-day window may be approved for:

  • Accidental duplicate purchases;
  • Technical issues that prevented delivery of the purchased item;
  • Unused, unopened, and unredeemed digital items still in their original state;
  • Unused subscription time in select cases, reviewed individually.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at support@guitarvault.co. Please include your order email, approximate purchase date, and a short note about why you're requesting a refund so we can evaluate your case quickly.

Subscriptions

For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds for the current billing period follow the case-by-case 14-day window above and Paddle's Refund Policy.
